Connecting Kaossilator 2 to amp

Post by MarsMartian »

Hey,

So I'm pretty new to making electro music, and I'd really like to add a Kaossilator 2 to my setup. But how would I hook it up to an amp since it doesn't have a line out connection, just the stereo mini jack thing? Would I just use a stereo mini jack cable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :) thanks!!

Just use the headphone connection jack. An adapter on the end of a normal guitar cord will work fine, that's what I do.

it does have line out. You can connect headphones, PC, AMP anything to that jack. You may need to get jack adaptors or special leads (I have a variety) depending on what you are connecting to.

I plug mine into my full size hi-fi amp (Sherwood).

I have a five metre cable with a red and a white phono jacks on one end and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the other.

These are plugged into the 'Aux' channel of my amp.

So I could just use something like this and put an adapter on it?
