I finally added extra RAM and now I'm installing the libraries I got with my Oasys credits.
I have several questions though, having never worked with external libraries before. Some of them (KRS-02,04,05) look like they are just patch banks. However, it's not clear to me how they're supposed to be organized.
I stored them on the internal SSD drive but it looks like I have to open them them each time I want to use any of them.
1) Can I use a sysex message (or series of sysex messages) to automate this or do I have to do it manually each time?
2) It looks like I can also load them into "INT" banks or "USER" banks. If I do that, will they be persistent or will I still have to load them every time I turn on the Kronos?
3) Is there any difference between loading them to INT vs USER?
4) Can I append the patches so that the three different libraries get loaded to the same bank?
Thanks in advance
P.S. I haven't even gotten to the libraries that require samples to be loaded as well. I have EX11 and EX12 but I'll deal with those after

You don't need to load it each time, you just load the contents once and it will stay in the PCG (internal) memory. Just load the contents to some free bank(s). You also can use PCG Tools for this.
1) Yes there are sysex messages available, the document is on your second DVD disk.
2) They will be persistent (see remarks above)
3) No difference at all for combis. For programs: programs can only be loaded in the correct bank (i.e. HD1/sampled banks or EXI/modeled banks). You can change the bank type per bank.
4) Yes you can, it can be done manually but you might run into problems with combis using programs which are on the wrong place. PCG Tools can fix these references automatically for you.

First, thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it. These answers are very helpful.
I didn't know about PCG Tools and just looked it up. That looks like it will be very useful. I see it's written in C#. I'm wondering if you have tried running it under Mono?

Yes it's in C# and it does not work in Mono (never tested though), becasue of the usage of WPF which is not supported (yet) by Mono. ALso I'm not sure about C# 4.5/Linq.
As soon as these are supported of course I will make a Mono version, so Linux/Mac users can benefit from it too.
However, lots of Linux/Mac users are using PCG Tools with the use of a Windows emulator.
