From what I've read the Push has a sequencer? If so, I wonder if a lot of people who own or are considering picking up an APC40, will want to save their money up for the Push.
Any who, Live 9 looks fantastic, love the new visual info

No, I'm just very interested. It looks great, and I've been a long time admirer of their work.

I'm not sure if it has an internal sequencer. My guess is that Push is just an integrated controller, being able to control Live in a step sequencing mode. There is a long discussion about the APC-40 vs Push and I personaly view that both are different enough. While APC-40 is more into using Live with a more conventional mixing style, Push is more into an innovative music making process. Seems to be complimenting each other nicely.
Yes, I specially like the looks of the new Max for Live devices, mainly the monoseq and buffer shuffler 2.

Actually Ableton and Korg gears are a great team. As an official Ableton User Group, we will have an event called
Korg for Live this weekend, which is a Live PA featuring Ableton Live as the DAW, supported by Korg gears, such as: Monotribe, KP Quad, Kaossilator and the microKORG.

Sweetwater not only has a price drop on Live 8.2 but is also offering a free upgrade to Live 9 when it comes out
Now I'm reconsidering if I should pick up Pro Tools 10 or not!
