After received my kronos i found that only have a pwr connector...

What if i need to use it with DAW ?

I will need a midi connect like these?


Or a usb cable(male to male ?) ?


OR both ?

I gonna use it with DAW also use it with virtual synth such as nikm
so is midi cable enuf ? or i still need a usb with 2 male connectors?[/url]

You will need a USB A to B cable.
The A side goes into your PC, the B side into your Kronos.



Alternatively you can use standard MIDI cables, providing you have a MIDI interface connected to your PC.

PS) The USB cable will transport audio as well, next to MIDI, so it's quite convenient.

do i still need midi cables if i got this
if no... what will midi use for ?

If you go the USB-way, you don't need to MIDI cables anymore.
The Kronos can transmit both MIDI and audio data over USB.
