Erm/// i want to transcribe a song, by ear
so i want to write down all the notes i play with a music notation software
which allow me to record down the keystrokes when i playing kronos
and write into piano sheets...

is there any music notation could do this ?

checkout "Finale" there are many such programs and many sequencer DAW have this feature. But be forewarned, they all have issues and don't give you simple scoring you want without all the timing and performance nuances mixed in. (accidental notes, grace notes, note ties and other make a score hard to read and are not usually written out exactly as played.)

I hate Finale. I do everything with Sibelius. But I think the choice for these programs is highly personal same as with regular recording software. They're pricey though!
Maybe a much simpler package from Magix would suit your needs?

While some might not be as feature-filled, there are some free, open source alternatives (you never mentioned your OS, so I can't say for sure whether they would work for you)

I've used Rosegarden quite a bit in the past and I really like it.

The secret to playing music in notation programs is to play as stiff as possible. Also, if you are not using 16th notes, set the resolution in the notation program to 8th notes.
