M1 Le License Authorisation code

Hi, so I got the nanoKey2 usb keyboard and I'm trying to get the license code to get the full version of the M1 Le software that comes with it but it keeps telling me the Product code is wrong??? Am I right in thinking the product code is the one that came with the keyboard; e.g. KEY123YADAYADA ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
