This may sound crazy, but my Kross sounded so good with the band this weekend. The sound system was great (multiple QSC monitors etc...) but the Kross was sounding so aggressive! I made a lead sound based on a video I saw online (basically never ending sustain) and it cut right through the band. I really liked the sounds and how well they fit in the mix. Even the sub-par organ sounds sounded great when in the mix (rock organ sounds).
Some of the sawtooth synth pads were huge! The Kross doesn't have the extreme high end of the Kronos, but what it has fits perfectly in the mix. I love the way it sounds!!!! At this point, just hoping the keybed holds up.
