Kronos in action again - a practice session from me.

The band I'm in have been doing some more tracks, so I thought I'd chuck up another one where I'm playing for my practice.
Hope you like it - 100 % Kronos sounds - edited/new sounds. DX7s is only being used as a trigger.

Are the vocals recorded into the Kronos too?

Liked it. I thought the mix was reaaly good and clean. The synth lead played by DX7 midi trigger was a little low in the mix though.

Thanks guys
Yeh, the mix is a little off due to the speed in which it was all done (literally, video camera up, load up set and "play"!)
The "backing" is being played off my Mac (in the background) - a Logic session. All audio was recorded through nicer toys than Kronos (sorry to say).
Just means that rather than crappy practice room backings to rehearse to, I've got the "album" versions - much nicer for my hearing!

Looks like you were having quite a bit of fun! I don't think I've ever seen someone rock out quite so hard in an office chair!

Excellent efforts on all of it - I especially like the drum track.

Thanks for the comments - the drummer would have been ecstatic to hear the compliment. He suddenly & tragically passed away whilst recording these tracks last year, so I pressed on, almost as my own form of grief management.
It was a tough time for all concerned, so the fact that we're still together and playing with a new guy, who's amazing in a different way, is great. He wouldn't have wanted the whole thing to fall to pieces, so we're not letting it.
I can't think of a better way to extend someone's legacy, to be honest
