I believe there is no way to do this...The reason I want it is so I can use a breath controller without glitching the audio when using the other three axises for PB and vibrato.

Does anyone know how simple/hard it would be to disable it electronically on the circuit board?

Hey mm-pro,
You're using the TEC Breath Control, correct? You can change the midi channel and control number it sends on. Download the configuration utility at TEC's website.

Yes I could change it and all my programs to a different CC#.

That probably is the the best solution short of Korg making the Joystick CCs programable.
