HI!!!
Been a while since I posted here.
I just want to thank ALL of you who upgraded their KRONOS and showed how they did it, as well as the type of RAM and SDD brands they used.
My upgrade to 3GB and the 120 SSD was easy, quick, and successful thanks to all of the posts I reviewed.
Now, if I only new how to play!

Out of curiosity and since I am about to do the same, did you have any troubles locating the power cable for the second SSD? They say it should be within the aluminium cage that houses the original SSD: is that true?
I am asking because I purchased the basic upgrade kit by Korg and it has a SATA cable and also a power cable.
Thanks

There's a second power connection right on the same power cable going to the existing SSD that's installed already. At least there was on my 61. Should be the same for all versions of the Kronos. Just connect to that one. Not sure why they included another power cable. It's not needed.

Thank you, Dave; I had a preliminary look inside my 61 and it seems that I will have to remove the SSD cage to gain access to the power cable, since right now it's blocked against the back panel of the keyboard. From this position all I can see is the connection that goes to the original drive, so if there is another one (for the secondary drive) it must be below the first one. I hope that what I am saying makes sense...

You should be able to pull it up some (the power cable), I wouldn't take out the cage unless you have to. You could unscrew the original drive if necessary (I didnt). Or unplug the connector from the first drive, pull up the cable some and you should see the two connectors. You can always swap the power connecter from the first drive onto the second drive or vice versa, they are both the same.

Yes, I saw it already, but the focus there is more on the SATA cable.
