KSC is incomplete due to unistalled EXs: ??0

Hello,

Sometime, I recieve the message described above when I'm loading sample packages ("_UserBank.KSC").

I noticed that the error only happens if the copy process is done by FTP (I'm using Cyberduck on Mac), otherwise, when the copy is done by pen drive (the same package / load procedure) there is no problem.

Would I be doing something wrong?

Thanks

It's likely related with a corrupt FTP data transfer... there are many threads where users have multiple issues trying to copy EXs files and those are not recognized until they find a USB memory stick that works... maybe you're experimenting something similar.

MarPabl,

I really appreciate your help...thanks for reply.

I've made a lot of tests, read many post and I'm convinced that are some issue, maybe on Cyberduck (my FTP host).

- I tried different files (User KSC) => With USB Stick works fine, however through FTP (with the same files) not work.

- I also tested different PCGs files (without the necessity of links between KSC x PROG) => works fine for bolth (USB and FTP).

So I'll continue my "research"...thanks again.

Maybe you should check if the FTP is in text mode. You must use binary mode to make sure there are no weird conversions within FTP which would corrupt the file.

Last weekend, I did various tests using a new FTP manager (FilleZila) and incompatibility problem did not occur.

It really should be some specific configuration on Cyberduck, since the same "package" (Kronos UserBank) is correctly loaded via FilleZilla and incorrectly by Cyber.

Interesting. I have seen this too using CyberDuck and was going to look into what was causing it. If it is Cyberduck that is good to know.
Thanks!
