File Management Problem

So I made an effort to clean up my hard drive on my Kronos as I had many old PCG's, KSC's, etc. on there and I went in and cleaned everything up and had it running good. I had put a new "save all" in a new directory, had the autoload KSC set to load up the new big file (which included all the factory loads plus my samples and multi's). Everything was working fine.

Then today I boot the machine and I get Autoload Error: The following KSC files could not be found MAY 29 2.KSC.

And of course now half my combi's (including factory stuff like Era of Kronos) is missing data. My sample data isn't there but oddly enough a CP-80 sampleset I have is present. It's weird.

So I tried to reload up the whole KSC from a flash drive and that worked. But I then did a "save all" after this. I then went in to global to do a new autoload for this new master KSC I made and then saved that PCG. Reboot the machine and I'm back to square one.

Is there some limitation on where I put these folders or something? Bizarre for a delayed issue like this to pop up.

What am I missing?
