I'm not on Windows but double check the KORG driver is installed.
It's apparent that it is not being recognized. Do a search, this has been documented with a fix for it somewhere here on the forum.
(Something to do with to many drivers and how/where to remove.)

In addition to installing the driver, you have to enable KORG KRONOS on the KORG MIDI Driver control panel.
Roland Fantom-G6 ARX1, Korg M3-m exb-Radias, Korg Z1-18v, Roland MC-808, Roland MC-909, Korg microKontrol.

I can see KORG KRONOS and KRONOS in the devices management. The first one has Korg inc. in driver details, the second has Microsoft in same place. They appear and disapear while i remove and replug the usb cable.

The KORG USB MIDI Driver has a KRONOS #1 in device list.

I can't see them in Kronos editor nor in my DAW. The Kronos editor does not have any other Midi port than my Quad Capture.

Oh ! Success !

I found "Install Korg MIDI USB Driver" in Programs / KORG / KORG MIDI USB Driver TOOLS and I had to click next, it said Installed and I launched The editor, it found the Kronos.

Phew, I did see this installation step but it didn't work at the first time, even if i rebooted the computer...

Thanks for your help =)
