Not having the PA3x yet I would like to know if left hand chords in any fingering mode have quantisation, i.e. if my timing is slightly out will the chord be pulled into correct timing with respect to style?

yes , like all arrangers it would take effect on the next measure/beat.

..also STYLE ACC parts can be further configured using the "trigger" options.
I find the defaults work fine for me but you still have this option.
