HELP

hi i just bought mini kaoss pad 2 days ago and updated the software . but when i try to play mp3 tracks or plug in an input from another device(mic or ipad) even without using FX button , it stops working and make a continuous BEEP for about 10 seconds and turn off after that !!

ps : this is the third mini kaos that they've give me ( they gave a new one each time but still same problem exists !! )
