Dynamic (velocity) range setting?

In my Kurzweil I can set the global or layer dynamic (velocity) range 0db +/-48db.

This is important to a piano player like myself emulating an acoustic piano action and performance.

Those of you playing piano voice on the PA3x are you altering the dynamic (velocity) range to suit your playing style or are you happy with the Korg default?

You could set Global dynamics with AudioMaxx on the PA3X (I use the Global Limiter/Compressor on the PA600), but I prefer to do this in the Sound Editor on a per instrument basis. There I can adjust the velocity curve (transfer response) for each layer of the sound I'm editing then save it as a User Sound.

Ian,
If you are referring to the touch response (Velocity Curve) I have found that Soft 3 suits me better than the default Medium 1. There are 8 global settings to choose from very soft right through to very hard. The Soft 3 feels right for piano.
Cheers,
