Please help....
I bought Korb-Kronos-61, on 29/06/13 at (Cuttack) India but some technical problems (it automatically changed the tune and scale when changing the timber) with in five day, and it was repaired and delivered to me after 20 days from my purchases. When I switched on the key board, it took a bit linger time to start, approximately 15 minutes. After that I upgraded my operating system version to 2.0.6 and then loaded Indian tones and did some combination. It took almost 2 hours for all this and then I switched off the Korb-Kronos-61. when I switched on it after 2 hours, it took a bit longer time than the previous session, approximately 20 minutes. Then I played about 3 hr and switched off. When I wanted to on it again in the evening hour, I was shocked to note that it took more than 30 minutes to start and subsequently hanging problem during the starting process. Then I went on practicing…..rest was ok. That, next morning when I switched on the Korb-Kronos-61, the system was completely dead and it did not respond at all. Again I sent it to service center i.e. on 26.09.2013 and received after One month i.e 31.11.13. Now I found a another new problem- when I on my kronos it works properly but after some time some key/notes are mute, when I restart my bourd it again playing normaly.
I very much sad :(
please help for permanent solution.

It sounds like the first time you had a bad hard drive. Since it's return it is possible that something got knocked loose internally...maybe when it was shipped or repaired.

You could take it back, or be brave and open it up to make sure everything is correctly connected.

With so many issues on more than one board it sounds like the first thing you should do is check to make sure your electricity giving it power is OK.

But calling a Korg a Korb makes your post sound like you are trolling.

This sounds like an operational misunderstanding of some sort (Timbres can in fact have different tunings and scales, depending on settings in the Combi), so I'm not sure what could have been repaired.

The startup times you describe, if correct, are deeply abnormal. Please contact your national Korg Distributor, and they should be able to get you straightened out:
