Ok I am confused about how user sample memory works. I go to Global mode ( KSC Auto Load ) section, I uncked the EXs 6,,7,8 and 9 ..I only load Ex’s 1,2,3,4 and 5 ..Since the German and Japanese pianos are the ones that take the most space,, by loading EX’s 1,2,3,4 and 5 ONLY should’nt that leave me at the very least 1GB to load my own samples ? I have 29 of my own multi samples loaded ,,most are very short ,so when I try to load another multi sample I get message stating ( memory required 911M Available 347M ) how is that possible ,,what am I doing wrong where what am I missing??? BTW, I have the 3GB installed…. My multi samples that are loaded I could very easily load them to my Triton Extreme and still have room left over ..

Before you load your sample you can find out how memory you have available. You can check that in the Global mode and in the Sample Manage tab.

If it says it needs 911MB when you try to load another multisample it sounds as if it's a huge collection of samples, and possibly it's not set to streaming mode.

When selecting your exs you need to go to save all as it creates a user ksc, as your current ksc will be set to load the whole exb. When you save a new one it will remember the preference of your exb's and leave u with more sample ram. Make sure the exbs are set to virtual memory and not ram in global mode.
