Sounds like he has a chorus on it. I'd start there.

Thanks danatkorg,

I started with chorus but where I can end it. Can you give me little more suggestions. I am new on korg and in the sound designing. Thanks for all.

I honestly don't know; I worked on other sounds for In Your Eyes, but not the piano. My guess is that he started with a stock sound, and then edited it to make it his own.
In Your Eyes is one of my favorite Gabriel songs! Nice going, that must have been very inspiring!
