Backing up customized programs and combis

Hi all,

Seeking the advice of the experts out here:)

I am enjoying my 1 yr old kronos X73.

So far, so good, it only hanged on me once and i had to power it off and on again. But This got me worried.

Its behaving like a typical PC in some way....and we all know no PC lasts forever.....

Say i have created or downloaded some custom programs , and combis, all created in the user slots without overiding any of the presets.

I assume that the kronos comes with the disadvantages of a SSD , and should it fail one day, i will need to have a back up ready.

Is there any way to back up all the custom programs and combis, say via USB, so that i can recover them even if i sent in my kronos for repair or say i want to replicate them on a new kronos?

Many thanks!!

The editor/librarian that is included with the Kronos will do precisely this for you - backup and save any customized data on your computer.

or place a USB thumb drive in A or B, and save your PCG file

good catch. The Kronos actually has a pair of " A" inputs
for the USB thumb drive. Thanks
