Saving Multi-Samples

I'm trying to save my .PCG file along with all of the Multi-Sample data. In addition to selecting ALL, I've also saved sample data. Trying to save to a USB memory stick and then load into another Kronos. However, after saving, when I attach the memory stick to another Kronos, it doesn't see the Multi-Samples or sample data.

I should add that I've had no problem saving to the internal hard drive of the Kronos. It's only when I try saving to a memory stick that this is problematic.

I've consulted the user manual, reference manual, and tried tech support. Would be grateful for any input. Many thanks!

the memory sticks are all so different ,
why not just save everything to internal drive first and then copy to memory stick ?

Thank you for your suggestion. I've actually already tried that, but had no luck.

Do you think it could be a simple as the memory stick I'm using? I just tried an experiment in which a colleague saved his .PCG files doing a "save all", thus saving the .KSC file with MultiSamples to memory stick. He then uploaded to Dropbox, I downloaded, and successfully loaded the files into my Kronos.

Maybe I'm missing something here?

Did you format the USB stick with the Kronos or something else?

I had problems with a thumb drive and did a full format on the Kronos now it works fine, certainly worth a try but a full format on my large drive took almost 24 hours.
