How would you initialize a program/combi?

Post by kronosuser3407 »

How would you initialize a combi/prog? Also, how would you be able to create a program that uses the HD-1 engine?

Thanks.

There are banks of "init prog" and "init combi"....I'd start with one of those and save it wherever I want.

On the main page of a program, you can select the engine you wish to use, and once you change it, it is more or less initialized because it loads default parameter settings.

I think there is also a menu option to INIT a program or combi (it will have a name like INIT PROG U-A000.

Myself, I rather have an init name completely empty, so I use PCG Tools for that (you also can in one go clean a complete range, or even multiple banks). The only thing PCG Tools does not do is a REAL INIT, it only cleans the name and some combi parameters.

Copying an INIT program or combi also works well (especially with PCG Tools where you can paste it multiple times).
