How to: use an expressive pedal to control volume in a Combi

Hi guys,
Is there a way to control the volume of timbres with a foot pedal in a combi?
Ex.: I have two tracks in a Combi. Track 1 has volume at 127, Track 2 has volume at 0. When i use my expressive pedal i want Track one to go down to 0 and Track 2 to go to 127. In a real world setting this could be to bring in some horns gradually and fade out the strings. or whatever...
This is the worlds most expensive and enormous workstation in the world, surely there is such a thing - but i can't find it... Help.
