Another New Tune - Took way too long!

Post by Broadwave »

(Almost) Entirely on the Kronos, inspired by Karma (and John Barry) :)

EDIT... Trombones added (I found them in my Kontakt Library) and generally fiddled around with.

Nice!

I get a "James Bond" movie theme vibe to this for some strange reason. Seems to me it would fit very well into one of those movie series.

Very nice work..!!!! :soundsgood

Regards
Sharp.

from your signature I see you have a roland fa-06.
I have an integra and they should share the same sounds if I'm not wrong, and the Integra has some pretty good brass sounds.

Wonderful music! Thanks for sharing.
When you say "Karma inspired" do you mean you used karma or is it based on a karma idea?

I had the SRX Orch in my old Fantom X which had superb brass on it - I found the Big Brass SRX was just too "pop" orientated for me.

I now have to wait until the end of November to download EXP 10 (SRX Orch) for the FA, so I can get those great sounds back.

I've not yet tried the Integra patches from the Axial site in the FA06. I might give them a try over the weekend.

@PCFREE - A bit half and half with the Karma... I just edited a karma/combo set until I was happy with it, quickly put the track together as a basic idea, then started recording onto Audio Tracks to get the final result (I'm not keen on MIDI recording as I spend way too much time editing to get things "just right", then realising I've lost the feel.
