KORG KP3+ problem with FX DEPTH & VOLUME faders

Hi Guys!
I have KORG KP3+.
There is a problem: FX DEPTH FADER suddenly started to control samples` volume while VOLUME FADER stopped working at all.
I think it could be a problem with soft because there was no any mechanical damage or etc. I don`t know how calibrate these faders again.
Please help.

Need to do point 3. But its impossible to download the manual. Is it possible to attach it here, sorry.

Do few times fact. RESET.
WAIT some 30 sec. every time after Power Off BEFORE Power on AGAIN.
Electronics need some rest time before last currents are gone, otherwise damages, glitches and bad resets etc. happens.

I`ve done all the things. Nothing changed. But during the whole test I noticed that SLIDER (Sldr) menu didn`t even appear. I`ve tryed all the launch combinations - no slider`s adjustment menu. Why it doesn`t see slider?

It's a hardware defect, sent to dealer/Korg repair.
- Some components are defects (VR3), bad solder/lose contacts, broken copper trace, CPU defect etc.
- See page 6 Circuit Diagram: TOP LEFT SYNTH/FX circuit.
SYNTH MIX (VR)= Slider
signal: AD_MIX goto CPU IC16 pin 46
FX DEPT (VR)
signal: AD_DEPTH goto CPU IC16 pin 47
- Something is wrong with the +3.3V voltagedivider potmeter VR3, CPU doesn't react/detect voltage(changes) at pin AD_MIX.
