Help me!! MSG ERROR when I try to load from card

Hello I'm trying to change the txt scroll and I did it in the KP3 program editor but when I turn on the KP3+ and tried to load the File that I saved in the card it appears [-.-] I know this means that its empty and the next steps result in error msg..
Soo if anyone knows something about this or maybe something about the SDcard problem help me pls.

When I bought the KP3+ I formatted the Sd card in my computer first and then on the kp3 but I guess I shouldn't do it right? I read something about that on the owner's manual :S
