Kronos 2 88, Kurzweil Forte
I've got to jump on the band wagon here. The problem to me with the authorization codes functional 'snafu" is undoubtedly on the Korg web site, specifically, on the sound libraries purchase page. For instance, when I was finally able to get EXs 19 going, I decided to go to the add to cart and then to the proceed to check out pages.
Since this EXs is free to K2 owners, my account shows up and it only gives me the option to purchase it for $99, since only original K shows up and not my K2 which has been registered for a couple of weeks.
I also was going to purchase one more library, but the same options or lack of them is present. I have contacted Korg also, and they say they are "working on it".

Thanks, everyone. Issue solved. Korg, as well as, Peter finally got the issue solved. Peter was super responsive. I do like the Karo, and/or acutally the Kapro sounsets. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. We are fortunate to have many solid sound designers for Kronos applications which really makes Kronos a truly personal keyboard.

Issue resolved
Hey all, I was also having an issue obtaining this collection, as it kept asking for payment. I reached out to Peter, who was great and very responsive. Bill at Korg eventually got in touch. Thanks to both of you for getting things on track! As it was explained to me, the most recent production run of Kronos 2 units was not entered into the website database before units got into customers hands, causing the system to not register the KaPro discount correctly. The units have now been entered in and this particular issue should be resolved. Now to check out this collection finally!

I have the same problem, don´t know how to install the prompted EXs 19 on the new Kronos 2 purchased this december 2015 with official dealer in Mexico, I have just registered it few days ago in Korg portal. Where can I find the authorization code? In the page of autorized codes are EXS-17 SGX2 Berlin D piano and EXS-18 EXs Collections. I´m new to Korg so don´t know where are installed these ones or I have to download them? Thanks!
I bought a library and also took the free one , the activation codes were posted in korg portal , you have to log in to your account,
First, create your account, register the kronos by entering the public ID number (found in the global menu of your kronos).
If you've done that the key code will be there when you log in at Korg again.

Thanks for replay! That´s the problem - I see EXs-17 Berlin D Piano and EXs-18 Collections and don´t see EXs-19 which is announced as free for all Kronos 2 buyers. Equally I don´t know if I have to download those 2 collections. I saw that some KaPro combies were already in the keyboard... Where can I find this information?

I bought EXs-50 and got the key but then couldn't find the darn library to DL.
You have to DL the demo version, then unlock that with your key.
The BERlin and EX18 is already installed in Kronos2.
Like yourself I had to guess, others have said the demo version is complete, but the audio fades in and out to render it useless until unlocked. But if you didn't know that...vvks wrote:Where can I find this information?
Heres my definition of service in the music industry in general, imagine a hotel run by an engineer, you check in and the engineer clerk directs you to your room, "just follow the hot water pipes".

DL it again , now that you have registered the kronos, it should give you a key, may have to log out and back in again.vvks wrote:Thanks! I´ve just downloaded demo of EXS 19 but don´t have key! Now trying to contact with somebody in Korg service staff to find the way to use this library.
I don't recall doing anything more than that.
