Just picked up my Kronos 2 88 today which I am really pleased with! I registered the new Kronos at Korg's website. I understand that EXs 19 Kapro's private collection is free to new Kronos 2 owners however when I add that to my cart at the online store it says$99.00 and asks for my credit card info. If Dan or anyone else at Korg can help me with this I would appreciate that very much. Thanks!

"if you have a question related to current promotions, digital download purchases, your warranty or our authorized service centers or dealers, please contact Korg USA’s Customer Service Department directly at 631-390-6800 - hours are Monday – Friday, 10AM - 6PM ET - or by email at customerservice@korgusa.com."
If you decide to buy it, i am 99% certain you will get a full credit, assuming you request it. Obviously, thats not a customer friendly process. Or the way it ' should ' work.
They should simply provide a link for free EXs19 to you, as a Kronos 2 owner. Maybe they need a few days to generate that link and let you know about it.
But I have had good experience on billing problems. Korg will honor the free offer.
They might take a few weeks to get back to you as they have a backlog from NAMM

I had the same problem I downloaded the demo version like Korg said but I was supposed to get an authorization code. I emailed Korg early this week but have not heard anything is that a big surprise. The ex 19s for me are ok but not a must have would like to have it since it was included in the purchase of new Kronos. Korg emailed me and said to download the one for new kronos on website which is the demo version. I did it and it works only in demo though. Waiting on email from Korg. Dan can you help thanks.

No it's not pre-installed. I e-mailed customer support about this. I figure at some point this will be resolved as this is something that is advertised as being included.

Customer Support got back to me and told me to download the same file I had already installed so I tried un-installing this one and re-installed it and it is still listed as demo so still no luck.

I ended up contacting Kapro about this issue and they were able to get my info to someone at Korg who can solve this problem of my not being able to get that library free as advertised.

I was able to get the library for free as advertised so Benny you should go to Korg's web store and see if it works for you now

After downloading this particular EX, what do I need to copy to the RDD to install on the K2? After the folder unzipped, it gave me another zip file and the exsins file. Do I need to unzip the other one, or select the install file and let the Kronos do the unzip. The other EXs all have a good manual with them, and this one doesn't. Thanks for the help and info in advance.

Just received my Korg Kronos 2 and tried downloading and installing the demo for the EXS19. It shows up as not authorised and requires a code, but where do I get this code? If you add it to your cart then it requires payment for $99.
I've emailed KApro and they just tell me I need to contact Korg to resolve this. I've done that via their website but it sounds like this might not get me anywhere?
Has anyone succeeded in obtaining the full activated version of EXs19 for their K2 and if so what's the secret?
Many thanks
Simon
