Hi guys I am panicking right now....after I turn on my kronos and everything boots up, no sound plays when I touch the keys. Logic reads the connection but not me touching the keys. I disconnected from the computer and tried playing the Kronos by itself by plugging in my headphones directly into it and still no playback. I swear I don't mess around with any options to cause this issue. But what can I do? Only thing I think of is a system reset but I have no clue how.
Any assistance would be appreciated thank you guys!
How to system reset???

two possiblities i would check first:
1: check that the volume Control Change 7 didn't sent a value of 0, in that case you won't hear anything. (if you reboot the kronos it should work again, or if you sent a cc 7 value of 127 again.)
2: check if local control (on the global tab page) is set to ON, if you don't work with a DAW.
