I think he took it to a repair center. If you are out of warranty? Open up your Kronos and remove cpu heatsink. The cheap thermal tape on the cpu is junk and replace it with Arctic Silver thermal compound.

Replace the SSD drive as optional upgrade and cooler operating solution. SSD drives run at different temps.
