If Korg hadn't been so tight with their budget and made the Electribe £100 more expensive but had a meatier processesor and memory to handle more polyphony, more sounds and more fx you wouldn't need to answer that question.
I had gadget on ipad2 so lost interest with it very quickly and have the electribe.
I'd go back to the electribe every time at the moment but hoping to get the electribe sampler by xmas.....

I can see great things being done on the electribe sampler :D

But can you imagine if you could use the xy pad per track with different fx, reverbs without exporting audio and was all self contained??? no voice stealing/drop outs - I would have paid much more.

I did have some success with gadget and run it using a Yamaha rs7000 as the hardware controller and irig for midi connection. I can see if I had a more powerful ipad I probably would never have bought the electribe :?

At the end of the day, you can't beat a good idea and talent 8)

Decided i could eek out a bit more service from the ipad 2 and spent my money on the Electribe Sampler, which will be with me on Tuesday.

I cannot wait!!!!
If I'm not listening to music, or if I'm not making music, then I'm probably thinking about music.

Volca Sample, FM, Beats, Kick. OP-1, Monologue, Pocket Operators. And an ipad.
