I don't think motion sequencing panning will mix between two mono signals. It'll just pan the whole lot from side to side. You'd have to do it prior to the signals going into the esx-1.
I've not used inputs yet, only imported samples from SD card. If the inputs are like original electribe's then it the left and right channels of a stereo signal are independent. This means panning will act as a balance between the two signals, not pan both either left or right. Could be wrong though, gonna try that out when get time!
