Loading Sets, preserving old sounds? how

Got my Keyboard Today,
So i tried loading some sound sets,however it seems that they replace already loaded styles and also replace their samples.

Is there any way to lock the styles and samples, so any new sounds don't overwrite them and instead take position in some other empty slots?

I can copy styles to the favorites etc, however, the samples and sounds still get run over/

If not how do you manage loading new sets.

When loading SETs you can drill down ( use OPEN command ) into the set to direstly access sub-elements like sounds, styles, pads etc. Once you drill down into the SET to a specific style you can save that style anywhere in the USER space. If you unlock the factory style space you can save styles there too.

Yes that is what I eventually did ,another way i found was to load all the styles in to user space, and then select multiple (shift deselect) and then copy to another favorite.

however, Is there a way to avoid sound files/samples being replaced.

would moving sounds to empty factory slots and then locking them prevent their samples from being replaced?
