Yesterday I started testing the Step Recorder feature, but the thing is that I cannot hold a note for more than half a second or something like that (like for example a synth lasting a whole compass/16 beats). I thought that increasing the gate time could make a note last longer but it doesn't happen or maybe I'm wrong or don't know how to use it properly.
As I'm relatively new to electronic music and EMX-1, could someone explain me these features please?
