Easy ways of Humanizing the Drums and Bass Tracks

Hi All BTW I have LIVE 9 Suite and Sonar X3
Humanizing the Drums and Bass Tracks (MIDI)
I am looking for an Easy as possible workflow.
1. Song is Done(but too box'y or samey on the drums and bass)
2. Export Midi file to DAW
Then What????

This should be simple task in Sonar:
1:Open Sonar:
2.open the midifile or drag the midi file onto sonar.(select create multi tracks when prompted)
3. Select the midi items on the track you want to modify
4: Your choices are Quantize (including setting Swing) or Humanize(random duration,velocities and timing). (both in process menu)

5: To Humanize ,load the cal script (ctrl+f1) and load humanize script. Set a threshold amount (10-15%) is enough. If it gives errors,
let me know, and I can send you a modified cal script that checks and fixes for errors.
