You could try 01908 857170 (Dean Hudson @ Korg support)
I haven't used it for a couple of years, so not sure if it's still 'active'

Hi, I'm hoping you can intercede for me regarding my Kronos X 61. I've been without the use of this for over 3 months.
A Quick history, after upgrading firmware and OS 3.03 unit worked that evening then next day wouldn't boot, failing with remove USB connections, power down, wait and reboot message. After calling 2 authorized repair centers in the Philly area and hearing from the one that it's over there head, and the second leaving multiple messages but never a return call, I found a 3rd that has not been able to repair it in 10 weeks. They've replaced the motherboard, SSD, power supply, ram to no avail. The next and only other possibility according to them is to replace the Korg main sound board, but they say they can't get one from Korg. Why is this the case?
I've been a Korg customer for over 20 years buying a new Korg Poly 800, Triton, M3 and now the Kronos. Probably the most money spent outside of a car or home. The guys at the repair shop say the support they've received from Korg is dismal at best and they can't get proper documentation such as what is occurring during the boot process etc. I need this keyboard for an upcoming project and need help getting this fixed.
Thanks
Roger

I don't like to speak poorly of repair centers, but I would yank mine from these guys ASAP. Replacing parts willy-nilly, as you describe, indicates a lack of understanding of the system. Their comments about Korg (presumably meaning Korg USA) sound wrong to me, and are another red flag; the service department at Korg USA are great, in my experience.
Contact Korg USA directly, using the info from above (or via the links in my signature). Refer to this thread. They should be able to help.

A service center that bad mouths the factory they work for clearly doesn't know what they are doing! Any SC should have a good relationship with the factory and clear communication. If they cannot establish that, they shouldn't be a SC for that factory.
I've had a bad relationship with a company and I severed it. There is no good to come from representing a company that will not or can not supply parts and technical assistance, or can't pay their bills on time.
This is simply not the case with larger established companies like Korg, Yamaha, Roland etc.
