Agreed.
As I have posted earlier, the hiss can be reproduced without ANY external gear input.
All one must do is turn on the mixer, and connect the Master to a speaker.
This is solid proof that the noise is coming from the master output on the mixer, and not from an input device gain mismatch on one of the channels.
My serial # is in the low 300's

I would be happy to take my mixer in for repair if I felt that this would solve the problem. But when someone gets a replacement mixer that still has the hiss, it indicates to me that a repair will probably not fix my mixer. I don't want someone taking my mixer apart unless I am assured it will solve the problem.
