Driving X50 via MIDI

I am hooking up my X50 to a Yamaha M08.

Both keyboards are tuned and in tune with eachother....

UNTIL I connect them via midi.

They are slighly de-tuned from eachother... very strange. This happens on multiple patches. For instance, I have both set on a piano setting and they are in tune. Next I hook them together. Those same two patches are now slightly out of tune with eachother.

Any suggestions?

it happened to me once, what I did was switching the "local control on" off. I worked for me. I hope this works for you as well
