Hello. I have a Triton Rack controlled by an M-Audio 88es and want to use GarageBand to directly record the Triton, does anyone have any advice on the best way to do this to get noise free recording and CD quality results? Thanks for your time. |

I don't know if the rack has an optical or spdif output, if not you should pump the volume to its max and feed 2 analog input of your audio device. The best and shorter cables you use the best result you'll have. Anyway for a good quality you have to use a good audio device... what do you use?

Thank you for your repsonse!!! I just have one midi out and 2 1/4" outs What you would recommend for an audio device? I've been looking at a few, I just have no idea what I need. Would a 2 1/4" into a USB converter work? Thank you very much for your time it is a huge help. |

hi, I just can say that the more you're able to spend the more quality you gain; this doesn't mean that with a cheap audio device you can't gain good results... so you should give me a price range, than I can try to help you finding something.
