|
|
I was wondering how easy it would be to assign drums to specific keys on the Microkorg, so that I can record then through Cool Edit....
Any help would be appreciated... |

roland, all you'd need is a sampler/drumkit VST/DX instrument you can run in a host to accept MIDI signals. Then simply set your Omni/1 Midi to your sampler with your drum kits ready (one sample per note) and play away just like an MPC (but with keys not pads!) I do the same thing with my MK and my M-Audio 49key. Works great
Hope this helps, if you need details just ask _________________ Frequency

I use Ableton personally for using my micrkorg as a drum machine through midi but it can be done with Reason too |
