I think can be very usefull some extra midi mode where when turn chanell to midi mode........NO loose SEND ZERO FX and NO lose EQ......and convert the rest of controlls of that chanell to MIDI.
I repeat in more easy example.
when turn chanell in MIDI
4 knobs of eqs + send zero fx knob continue working in analogic mode.
This mode should be enabled from the system panel menu per chanell and really be usefull !!
Its very stupid loose the eq and internal send effect, when use the zero 8 with ableton or any other software .
I can enable eq in ableton but that just increment cpu usage...............why do that when have exelent eq and effect in zero 8?
And really needed extra feature to this can be make the cue work on that way like extra option ot my first sugested option..........very usefull for fix troubles like this:

But CUE should be enabled like MIDI or analogic control in sperate way, for me cue its more usefull like MIDI CONTROLLER, but for other guys can be usefull have cue like analog switch for make cue of chanell without loose the rest of controlls like MIDI.
Is just and IDEA and make the unit absolutly more powerfull !!
I hoppe korg do this, due i have one KORG ZERO 8 and plain just buy other unit soon just for backup in case of demage of my actual unit.
If user can select in more usefull way what exactly want act like MIDI controller in the chanell WOW !!
THAT MOVE TO ZERO 8 to absolutly other level !!!
Imagine if user can select exactly what knob,button or siwthc act like MIDI and what NO !! wow !!
Can somebody form KORK UK make meating with KORG JP, for sugest this !!
