Hello microSampler users.
I want to start off by saying my mind is made up and I will be receiving my sampler in a week or so!
I did have a question I cant find an answer to though. Is it possible to shift octaves in the editor or the sampler itself rather than remaining in the C3 to C5 octave range? |

Hi,
that's not really possible as far as I know.
You can, however, change the pitch of a sample with e.g. 12 semitones. This way, the effect is the same as shifting octaves. (It probably won't send out different MIDI values however.)
But beware, because changing pitch (in addition to the "pitch changes" caused by pressing the different keys) does not really improve the sound... |
