Physically cleaning the M3

My Korg M3 needs a bath!
It arrived quite filthy, internally and externally.. Some buttons' labels are almost completely rubbed off, and the joystick is bent as well as being filthy. If I lightly rattle the keyboard, I hear stuff rattling inside it. Hopefully it's just dirt and grime and not anything physically broken inside.
What kind of cleaner should I use on the exterior?
What about cleaning the screen?
Should I only use compressed air and a dry paper towel on the inside?
I read on the forum that owners can request replacement button, but the topic was quite old. Anyone know if they still offer replacement rubbed-off buttons?

For the screen, it's best to use a camera lens cleaning towel.

Compressed air cannot hurt for the inside.

You could also try korg support for replacement buttons or maybe an address.

I use only water to clean my M3, by using a damp microfiber cloth for the exterior, and my lens cleaning cloth (dry only, no water, no cleaners) for the screen. I would recommend avoiding any alcohol or ammonia-based cleaning solutions for cleaning the screen. If you absolutely need a screen cleaning solution, then look for one that is alcohol and ammonia-free.

Compressed air is usually fine for the inside as long as it doesn't produce any moisture when expelling the air from the canister. (I actually use a manual air blower these days, kind for blowing dust off of camera lenses and camera sensors.) Compressed air is certainly handy for getting rid of a lot of dust quickly, but my preference would be to follow up carefully with a vacuum on low power (i.e. suction power) because some dust will settle and remain even after using air.

I've bought my M3 expanded some months ago. It was totally dirty. Most of all on the metallic areas.
For the metallic areas I've used a very good cleaning product. I don't know how to translate this product from spanish to english, but you can imagine that it's the same product to polish the cars. Is a white abrasive cream.

Then, for the white plastic parts I've used micro fiber, because it was not dirty, just dust.

If you want to clean the screen and the front panel, try the same blue liquid that people usually buy to clean the windows.

About the buttons, yes, they are still providing them by free.
