Hi all,

We've now figured out the source of the problem, and a simple workaround.

In 1.6, the installer will fail if there is a space in the name of any enclosing directory, up to the root of the disk. As provided from the Korg site, there shouldn't be - but if for some reason you had tried the download more than once, expansion of the zip might result in a name with a space, such as "EXs11 2."

Renaming the folder so that it does not include a space will avoid the problem, and allow the install to proceed normally. You rename the folder either on your computer, or on the KRONOS (from the Disk Utility page).

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
