Wow, real fun stuff.
I have no ipad, just an iphone, but I see how well this works. Thanks for the hint. _________________ Kronos 73 - Moog Voyager RME - Moog LP TE - Behringer Model D - Prophet 6 - Roland Jupiter Xm - Rhodes Stage 73 Mk I - Elektron Analog Rytm MkII - Roland TR-6s - Cubase 12 Pro + Groove Agent 5 |

I don't have any IStuff, however I admire the amount of videos you are making! _________________

I already have too many iPad apps though this Yamaha one looks tempting as well.
Have you tried Samplewiz yet? Its a Jordan Rudess app.
Thanks yet again for your tutorials. _________________ http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=forum&id=1251 |

Thank you, your tutorials are great.
It would be great if there were more in depth tutorials like that from Korg as well. HINT HINT!
There is a lot of things in Kronos, some are easy to figure out some are not. I guess that goes along with experience. Speaking for myself, it is my hobby only, but I would love to see more video tutorials that would give me a quick start with more advanced or not so obvious features and save lots of time reading and trying.
By the way, I can see you are using "Synth Arp & Drum Pad" app on your IPAD. There is also "Keyboard Arp & Drum Pad" app on AppStore. I assume I could use that one too?

The Keyboard Arp and Drum Pad is the older app from Yamaha. The Synth Arp & Drum pad is better for the same price. _________________ Admin Kronos Enthusiast Workshops Facebook Group

I have them both, the big difference is that the new synth arp supports internal midi on the ipad, so you could use it for instance for the animoog.
Also there is a synth included so that the program works without a hardware synth. These sounds are also quite good, but in the video i didn't use them.
If you want that program then buy the new one, it has more to offer and the price is the same, around three dollars if i recall correctly. |
