I have PX5D in good condition and updated drivers this week - starting having USB powered mode failures - would power up and then shut off and restart, etc. I rolled back driver and seemed to cure, but the problem has returned - I am wondering if this has happened to other users? It may be a cord problem? The issue happens with all USB ports on my laptop - any info greatly appreciated! Hoop. |

I believe the problem was a faulty cord. I replaced it as well as updated to latest version driver and all is well - Another question - if USB is generally 5 volts and the AC>DC power transformer for the PX5D is 4.5 v - will a 5 volt AC>DC power supply work without damage to the PX5D? I have one from a D-Link router I would like to use. Hoop. |
