Hello,
I am indeed a newbie and I'd really appreciate someone's help.
I understand the only printed manual that ships with the Krome is the quick start guide.
Does it also ship with a CD that has all the manuals + the video manual?
And finally, is there a protective plastic sheet over the touchscreen?
And has anyone experienced, while unpacking your Krome that, not the end styrofoam pieces, but the cross pieces were broken?
I thank you beyond words!
Glenn S.

Thank You

It comes with the manual you mentioned, and a dvd with the other manuals and video tutorials. The power adapter and no plastic over the screen.
Also, there's a Krome in there!
And yes, the styrofoam was broken for me in the middle.

Thank you!
How do I delete my question?
The person that unpacked it didn't notice the manual. :^)
Thanks again!

My Korg Krome 73 did arrive with a cd which had the manual and guides on it. Check the box carefully for this item. It should be there. If not, one must wonder. Also mine was received in good condition with all of the packing material intact. It was wrapped neatly in clear plastic and there were no smudges, scratches, fingerprint nor other signs of use. I don't recall if there was a plastic cover over the touchscreen, but I do recall that I was satisfied that it was pristine, so there might have been a cover. Everything was neatly packed in the bottom of the carton, some items in sort of slots, so a person could miss a booklet or the cd if not careful. You really need the cd. Certainly you need a brand new unit, unless you bought and paid for a lesser unit, B stock or other, at a reduced price. I always check any such purchase that I make very thoroughly to be sure that I don't receive a return, B stock or other type of unit. It is a good policy.

Thank you for your time. I did miss seeing the manual and disc the first time.
What prompted my paranoia outbreak was the sheeting around the Krome was not neatly placed. The scotch tape was actually sticking to the keyboard itself.
So, I started freaking.
Do you feel this is reason to contact the seller.
I paid full price.
Thanks again!

Glenn

Did you buy it from a reputable dealer? If so, there's probably no issue, and if you have concerns, contact them directly. For the most part, if it works, looks new, and you have a full warranty, there's nothing to worry about.

As for manuals and such, all of it seems to be available on-line, so if you didn't unpack it, you haven't lost anything:
