Hey, could you help me? I don't know if my Keys is defective or not.
It produces noticeable hiss and (very quiet) background tones, even when nothing is playing. The background tones seem to be related to the working of the machine - for example, if I hold down the MEMORY button, a noticeable constant tone is heard.
The volume of the noises remains fairly constant until the volume knob is raised to about 1/2 way, then get louder as the volume is increased.
Should I return this unit, or is this normal? |

How are you listening to it - are you using headphones direct from the volca or through a mixer? |
