List of Voices / Combis on Kronos
Where can I find a listing of the voices/combis that were included with the original release of the Kronos back in 2011, and where can I find the same listing if one were to buy a new Kronos at a dealer today? I'm talking straight from the "factory."
From the horse's mouth, aka Korg website:

I think you are implying ' new and free factory Korg programming programs for Kronos ' ?mrvegas wrote:Thank you voip, really appreciate it.
It surprises me that the voice listing for the newest model was dated June, 2015. Does that mean that the factory sounds in the newest Kronos units have not been updated in four years? Wow.
which is a fair comment. I use to hope Korg would treat us with their expertise and for free. I suppose thats idealistic.
However. The SE has that Italian Grand and 40 'new ' programs. To my ears and eyes they used prior piano programming for several of the IG programs.
But the IG is not ' free' for us that do not have the SE.
William Bush of Purgatory Creek has a bunch of free Programs for Kronos. He is expert level IMO. So you have to dig a little.
After 8 years I am 'still discovering ' excellent Kronos programs. That I overlooked earlier.
We all know how to find the extensive 3rd Party sounds for Kronos. Some are very reasonable and some are expensive. Variety is definitely there.
The Kronos community is global. There are a number of sound developers that offer free stuff. You just have to stay on top of whats what.
