it's impossible to download monopoly and arpodissey vst

hello, it's really difficult to contact Korg about this issue.
on my Mac the copra software pass (I registrerei thew two products) say CANNOT START DOWNLOADING THE FILE.

is there anyone that can help me?
korg answered to download directly the software.
but where?

no answer, after 3 days.
I'm really upset.
